The role of a Community Support Assistant to support you to live independently through tasks like meal management, household budgeting, social engagement, to increase your living skills. At times, a Support Assistant will also provide companionship.

All our Social Work services are covered by the AASW Professional Indemnity Insurance and includes:
- Emotional and Social wellbeing assessments
- Reports to NDIS
- Relationship building
- Brief Counselling
- Navigating services and systems (i.e. Health, NDIS and Housing)
- Support and negotiation
- Confidence and capacity building
- Information and referral

This is a short-term, capacity building support to assist you to navigate your NDIS plan in the event that you didn't receive Support Coordination funding.
