MEET OUR TEAM

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies, a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Community Services Practice (Client Assessment and Case Management) and a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Community Service Practice (Statutory Child Protection). Sarah has over 18 years’ experience within the human services field. Along with the leadership responsibilities of Abundant Care, Sarah is an active Support Coordinator. 

Indiana (Indi) is an accredited Social Worker with 15 years’ experience in the human services field. Indi holds a Bachelor of Social Work, a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Community Services Practice (Client Assessment and Case Management), a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Community Service Practice (Statutory Child Protection) and a Diploma in Therapeutic Life Story Work. Indi's areas of interest are: 

• Therapeutic Life Story Work with a focus on Capacity Building around significant life events, future planning and relationships with others 
• Domestic and Family Violence 
• Disability - access to support and NDIS 
• Child Protection systems and Out-of-Home-Care

Indi has a passion for working with families and young people.   

Jesselyn (Jess) is an accredited Social Worker with eight years’ experience in the human services field.  Jess holds a Bachelor of Social Work.  Her work in the human services field has focused on the following: 

• Child protection services, including out-of-home-care 
• Disability services, including access to      support and the NDIS 
• Domestic and Family      Violence 
• Homeless or housing      stress 
• Mental health and      emotional wellbeing 
• Psychosocial Mental      Health Presentations 
• Addiction and substance      use
• Providing support to      navigate government and non-government agencies. 

Jess believes in building a collaborative relationship with the participant, their care team and family members.  Jess acknowledges in her work each person’s individual lived experiences, challenges, and strengths.   

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology, a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Community Services Practice (Client Assessment and Case Management), a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Community Service Practice (Statutory Child Protection) and maintains a current CPR and First Aid certificate. Lisa has over 14 years' experience within the human services field and has been working for Abundant Care since November 2020.
